Stories in Context
Healing Begins with Understanding the Stories We Carry
About Stories in Context
Stories in Context is grounded in the belief that healing begins with understanding the meanings we’ve made of our experiences. The stories we carry shape how we think, feel, and relate to others. Our therapeutic approach offers a safe, reflective space where you can slow down, examine these patterns, and gain deeper self-understanding while developing practical tools for intentional, lasting change.
We provide culturally responsive, relationally deep therapy that integrates narrative therapy with evidence-based methods including CBT, Schema Therapy, Gottman Method, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Whether you’re exploring identity, navigating relationship challenges, understanding family dynamics, or processing personal history, our goal is to support you in building healthier connections and creating meaningful transformation. Sessions are available in both English and Arabic.
